Terms of Service

1. Provider
BnBPDF is provided by Joy ADV snc, Via Vincenzo Monti, 32, 20123 Milano (MI) – VAT no. 08195480960 ("we"). Contact: info@joyadv.it.
2. The Service
BnBPDF lets owners and managers of holiday rentals, B&Bs and apartments ("you") submit information, texts and photos about their property and receive a multilingual PDF welcome guide for their guests. At this stage guides are prepared by our operators from the material you provide; you can follow the status of each request, download the published PDF and request changes.
3. Account
You must be of legal age and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You may sign up with email and password or with Google.
4. Your content
- You remain the owner of the texts, photos and data you upload and you warrant that you have all the rights needed to use them (including images of people or third-party property).
- You grant us a limited licence to store, edit, translate and lay out that content solely to provide the Service.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information (addresses, access codes, Wi-Fi, times, prices): please check the PDF before sharing it with guests.
- Unlawful, offensive or third-party-infringing content is not allowed.
5. The PDF guide
Once published, you may use and distribute the PDF freely to your guests (WhatsApp, email, QR code, printing). The graphic template, layout and software remain our property and may not be resold as a standalone product.
6. Prices and payments
Prices and conditions are shown on the site or agreed in writing before work starts. Unless otherwise agreed, amounts are exclusive of VAT.
7. Timing and changes
Delivery times are indicative. After publication the request is locked; you can open a change request, which will be handled with the same process.
8. Availability and liability
We take care to keep the Service available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from incorrect information supplied by you, from misuse of the guide, or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits the rights of consumers under mandatory law.
9. Suspension and closure
You can close your account at any time by writing to info@joyadv.it. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Material changes will be notified in advance.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For business customers the Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction; for consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence applies.
